Before I met Liz and began working with her as a Coach and Family Constellations Facilitator, I’d been in therapy for most of my life. I suffered from depression, anxiety and fear, and I felt guilty every time I achieved any success.

My mother was a Holocaust survivor who’d been left alone in Vienna when her mother and older sister escaped the Nazi occupation. She was only 12 years old, but she found her way to the Kindertransport—trains that carried Jewish children to Great Britain in 1938. She finally made it to the US where she married my father, also scarred by his experiences in the South Pacific when the bomb was dropped on Hiroshima. My parents were both unstable and I heard horror stories until I escaped from them at 18.

Liz’s knowledge and experience with epigenetics, Systemic Constellations and trauma, helped me to see that I had inherited PTSD from my parents’ war experiences, and it was this epigenetically transmitted trauma that was causing my problems. Her patience and expertise helped me to unravel these entanglements so I could heal.

I was able to work for the first time in 35 years, and today, with Liz’s business expertise, I am creating my own nanny business. I am grateful for all Liz has done for me, both individually and at her workshops, and recommended Liz to many friends. With Liz’s help, I’ve found the way to happiness and success!
